Due to the capacity for St. Genevieve's Parish Hall set by the City of Las Cruces Fire Chief, the Participant Reception is limited to the first 600 students registered for the workshops.
We apologize for this inconvenience, but we must observe this capacity as set by the Fire Chief to ensure the safety of our participants.

Roberto's Participant Reception:

Admission is exclusive to workshop participants only

A popular venue during the Mariachi Music and Folkloric Dance Workshops, the Participant Reception is sponsored annually by Roberto’s Restaurant. Students enjoy a formal banquet meal of traditional New Mexican foods and a private concert by the popular group, Mariachi Cobre, the in-house Mariachi at Epcot Center, Walt Disney World and lead music workshop instructors. A favorite Conference activity for the students, the Reception provides an opportunity for them to socialize with their peers while enjoying a private performance of world - class musicians. Admission is exclusive to workshop participants only.
