Cost is $99 per registration. Credit Card payments, add $3.24 PayPal fee per registration.
Registrations will be accepted until the deadline of October 22, 2011, or until the available space in each level of instruction is full, whichever occurs first.
Your group registration is not complete until payment is received and or arranged.
No refunds will be given after October 27, 2011.

If you are attending the conference by yourself, please register as an Indivdual Participant. Use your browser BACK button.
All members of your group must be registered and paid to attend the conference. This includes yourself, your chaperones, your assistants.
Registering your group does not guarantee you admittance to the conference. Your payment does. Finalize your payment as soon as you can.
In the spirit of fairness, you cannot reserve "spots" for your group. Payment for registrations is the deciding factor considered.
If you are the Director of multiple groups, the form has an area for you to list the groups.

Directors: Complete this form to pre-register your group. You will be sent an email confirming your pre-registration and a link to a file you will download to register your students. Once we receive that file, your group's payment arrangements are made.
Note: You will be given the opportunity to register assistants, chaperones, etc after you pre-register as the DIRECTOR. You will be sent a form that allows you to register your students and assistants.
