Registration Deadline EXTENDED to October 22. 2011!
Individual Registration Process:
- First, if you are paying registration for someone else other than yourself, fill in "Apply registration fee to:" box.
- Second, Click on "Pay Now" button.
- Third, At PayPal site, enter your credit card info and submit payment.
- Lastly, you will be redirected to registration site. Register yourself for the conference.
- After submitting, you will get a confirmation by email. Wait at least 48 hrs. if you have not heard back.
- If you need to make other payment arrangements, please contact Polo.
Individual Music and Dance Students click "Pay Now" button to register. If you will be attending the conference with your group, only your Group Director can submit your registration. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay with Paypal.
ATTENTION! After you submit and confirm your payment with PayPal, you MUST wait for the page to change to the registration site or you will not get to finish the whole process. If page does not change, click the link on the page to return to registration page. If you have problems, contact Polo right away. Don't wait.

If you are paying the registration fee for someone other than yourself, enter the name of the person that this registration fee will be paid for in the text box below.
For example: You are the Uncle paying for your nephew's registration, just type in your nephews first and last name in the text box. Easy Peasy.
Group Registration
If you are a Group Director wishing to register your group of 5 or more members that will be attending the 2010 conference, click here to be directed to the Group Registration form.
